
On connait la difficulté de classer les bières selon un référentiel qui convienne à chacun, et la difficulté à avoir des références lorsque l’on souhaite brasser un style de bière particulier. si la table périodique permet d’avoir quelques bases ; je ne saurais que trop vous recommander la publication de la « Brewers Association » qui a publié son référentiel 2018 :
